ETHOS: To protect the ethos of the Federation’s schools.

Like all successful organisations, the Federation’s schools have a strong and distinctive ethos – a set of values and principles which underpin and guide the schools’ approach to education. A description of this ethos forms the core of the Foundation’s objects which you will find in our Memorandum of Association.

As a charity we have a legal duty to ensure that these objects are maintained. We do this through formal reports from chairs of governors and the Executive Principal, an annual conference for trustees, governors and senior staff, and frequent, less formal contacts with our members, staff and pupils.
